SunRay Renewable Energy Ltd (“SunRay”) is a pure-play developer and operator of solar photovoltaic power generating plants (“solar PV parks”). SunRay develops in Southern Europe where high solar radiation and government incentives support attractive economic returns.

SunRay plans to build and own over 300MW of installed PV capacity by the end of 2012. Making SunRay one of Europe’s largest independent PV power producers. Its activities are currently focused on the Italian, Spanish and Greek PV markets.

SunRay is headquartered in Malta with operations in Spain, Italy and Greece. In each country in which it is developing solar PV parks, SunRay has an experienced and dedicated local team which is responsible for all stages of project development – from the filing of initial permit applications through to the construction and operation of the solar PV parks.
